Job Description:

Research

• Own end-to-end research function for the pod: Plan, design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (discovery, usability testing, customer interviews, survey design, and synthesis.)
• Collaborate closely with our Lead Designer and Client Design Director to inform, shape, and validate design decisions.
• Plan and conduct concept and prototype testing using leading platforms (e.g., UserTesting.com, Maze, Dscout, Hotjar, Optimal Workshop).
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and can lead research independently in a small team setup.
• Apply appropriate research frameworks based on business needs.

Design

• Strong command of Figma - you can collaborate within design systems, edit components, and contribute to production-ready designs.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Design System.
• Facilitate collaborative sessions to deliver user journey mapping, persona development, or experience workshops.

Someone skilled in rapid product and concept testing, with a strong focus on designing solutions tailored to Fintech, would be highly preferred. Mortgage knowledge is a plus but not required.
