Education:

MA Pharmacy License required Experience: 1+ years required; Hospital experience preferred infusion center, hospital or outpatient, experience with Epic hazardous sterile compounding (both preparation and verification), clinical review/verification of oncology/ambulatory clinic orders for adult patients.
