Outpatient Physical Therapist to work at our largest Outpatient Clinic at 67 South Bedford St in Burlington.
• Shift: clinic is open Mon-Thurs 7am-7:30pm and Friday 7am-5pm. Required to work a minimum of 2 evenings Often allowed to work either 4-10hr days or 5-8hr days.
If 4-10hr days, we need to look at schedules and decide which day off. (Usually Tues or Thurs.) Free onsite parking

Requirements:
• MA PT license and BLS required.
• Experience/Qualifications: 3+ yrs in an Outpatient PT setting. EPIC experience helpful.
• Caseload consists of mostly adult population with Ortho, Neuro and Vestibular dx.
• Shift: clinic is open Mon-Thurs 7am-7:30pm and Friday 7am-5pm. Required to work a minimum of 2 evenings
• Working with a Team of 16 PT's in a diverse setting. Expected to see 11-12 patients in an 8hr shift.

Graduate from certified PT program
MA PT License and BLS required.
