Description:

Assists end users in resolving hardware and software issues by fielding telephone calls and email communication, diagnosing problems and performing troubleshooting activities. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to facilitate a timely resolution. Relies on established guidelines and instructions to perform daily job functions. Works under immediate supervision. May require an associate’s degree in a related area.

Responsibilities:
imaging, configuration and deployment of new devices. Data migration from the existing to the new device, as well as updating of Treasury systems for device tracking and inventory. Systems used are SCCM and Provance.

Provide excellent customer service as defined in the client service level agreement and demonstrated collaborative relationships within Information Services.
-Deliver a high level of customer service and professional interaction with internal customers, management, and administration.

Experience providing Customer Service to internal customers, management, and administration. Required 5 Years
Experience providing Desktop support functions including visiting the end user area to research and resolve hardware/software/connectivity issues. Required 5 Years
Experience providing desktop support for a variety of business and software development applications. Required 5 Years
Eperience providing desktop support to end-users and suggesting alternative solutions for hardware requirements. Required 5 Years
Experience Installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware, operating systems, network configurations and software Required 5 Years
Experience Performing Backup/Recovery, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues. Required 5 Years
Experience troubleshooting/supporting Windows 10 desktops/laptops/tablets Required 5 Years
Experience with SCCM to image computers Required 5 Years
Experience troubleshooting/supporting Windows 11 desktops/laptops/tablets Required 5 Years
Experience with Support and configuration of Andriod mobile phones. Required 5 Years
