Practice Assistant - Family & Internal Medicine Practice in Wellesley, MA - 40 hours/week. Full-Time Vacancy - Busy Primary Care practice Medical Secretary will be administrative, scheduling appointments, insurance verifications, working the phones, prior authorizations COVID Vaccines + Booster and 2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted). If candidate does not have current flu vaccine we will accept an attestation stating they will receive it prior to start*** BILH cover sheet required--- Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past 6 months.
