Encompass Admin / Architect – Skill Set (9+ Years Experience)

1. Core Encompass Platform Expertise

• Deep expertise in Encompass SmartClient and Encompass Web
• End-to-end understanding of origination lifecycle (Application → Closing → Post-Close)
• Multi-instance experience (Dev / QA / UAT / Prod)
• Encompass release management and patch planning
• Migration experience (Legacy → Encompass Web)

2. Configuration & Administration (Advanced)

• Company, branch, and user setup
• Personas, roles, user groups, and access control
• Milestones, loan folders, alerts, tasks, and workflows
• Loan templates and dynamic data sets
• Tables & Fees (Itemization Fee Management)
• Document sets, custom print forms, and eFolder configuration
• Business rules engine (advanced conditional logic)

3. Architecture & Design

• Solution architecture for complex lending operations
• Design of scalable, reusable configuration frameworks
• Rationalization of legacy configurations
• Environment strategy and governance
• Performance and stability optimization

4. Task-Based Workflow (TBW) & Enhanced Conditions

• Design and implementation of Task-Based Workflow
• Enhanced Conditions (standardization & normalization)
• Workflow orchestration across roles (LO, Processor, UW, Closer)
• Exception and override design
• Adoption and change management alignment

5. Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) & APIs

• EPC API architecture and governance
• SDK → API migration strategy
• Integration design (credit, income, assets, doc providers)
• Webhook/event-driven patterns
• API security and versioning best practices
