Unit: acute medical-surgical/orthopedic Graduate from certified PT program 2+ years of outpatient OR experience required MA PT and BLS required. BILH Cover Sheet Required Facility is not accepting local candidates. Cannot have worked perm/travel/PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past six months. Flu vaccine required for new staff starting 9/2. Current staff will need to be vaccinated by 12/1. (declinations not accepted). |
